1. Who We Are

Tawan Tech is an AI integration consultancy based in Phuket, Thailand. We work with businesses to identify where AI tools may quietly assist day-to-day operations, and to introduce those tools in a careful, well-documented way. Our registered contact address is 31 Thep Krasattri Road, Ratsada, Phuket 83000.

2. Scope of Services

We offer three service tiers at the time of writing: Morning Review, Daylight Integration, and Year-Round Support. The precise scope of work for any engagement is agreed in writing before work begins. Nothing in these terms should be read as a commitment to deliver outcomes that depend on factors outside our reasonable control, including third-party software performance or a client's internal adoption pace.

We reserve the right to decline an engagement if we assess that AI integration would not, at that time, be a practical benefit to a client's business. We consider this part of working with integrity.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are stated on our website and in any written proposal. Current service prices are:

• 01Morning Review — ฿4,600 (one-off assessment)
• 02Daylight Integration — ฿9,700 (project fee, approximately five weeks)
• 03Year-Round Support — ฿17,300 (annual retainer)

Payment terms are set out in each service agreement. We issue invoices in Thai Baht. We do not hold payment card data.

4. Cancellation and Changes

We understand that business circumstances shift. Clients may request changes to scope or timeline at any point. Where changes affect fees or delivery, we agree the adjustment in writing before proceeding.

For cancellations, fees already paid for work completed are non-refundable. Fees paid in advance for work not yet started will be returned within 14 calendar days of written notice of cancellation, minus any reasonable preparation costs.

5. Intellectual Property

Any written reports, documentation, or configuration guides produced specifically for a client become the client's property on full payment. Our underlying methodologies, templates, and internal tooling remain the property of Tawan Tech.

Clients grant us permission to access systems and data strictly necessary for the agreed scope. We do not retain copies of client data after a project closes unless separately agreed for support purposes.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement. This obligation continues for three years after the end of an engagement. We will not name clients in case studies or promotional material without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services consist of consulting, recommendations, and supported implementation. We cannot accept liability for business outcomes that depend on a client's own decisions, staff adoption, or the ongoing performance of third-party AI tools and platforms.

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability in connection with any engagement will not exceed the fees paid for that specific engagement.

8. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

We recommend and assist with third-party AI tools but are not affiliated with, nor do we represent, any software vendor. Third-party platforms have their own terms of service, pricing, and data policies. Clients are responsible for their own agreements with those platforms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from our services will, where possible, first be addressed through good-faith discussion. Should formal proceedings be necessary, they will be conducted in Phuket, Thailand.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with a clear revision date. For ongoing engagements, material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
